Corea del Norte se reafirma como potencia nuclear

Un mitin y un desfile masivo subrayaron otro perturbador anuncio de Corea del Norte el pasado martes cuando Kim Jong-Un declaró su plan de expandir el arsenal nuclear del país, desafiando las sanciones de la ONU. En el primer congreso del partido en treinta y seis (36) años, Kim aprovechó la oportunidad para aumentar su poder con una promoción formal de “Primer Secretario” a “Presidente del Partido”.
